Kelley Schreiner, a Special Olympics athlete, met Samantha Huffman when Samantha was assigned as Kelly's Special Olympics Unified Sports Partner when they were both just kids. These two athletes, with and without intellectual disabilities, created a friendship that has transcended the playing field and has impacted their future. Both students started college this fall. Samantha is now pursuing a degree to become a special education teacher.
