Clothing
Find the perfect clothing combination. Before you go to bed, lay out clothes you want to wear the next day. But don’t stop there. Try on your clothes in different combinations. Would your black pants look better with a red shirt or green shirt? Find out before the morning.
Nails
For a quick at-home manicure, use a high-quality cuticle oil to soften your cuticles. Then, use a quick-drying clear nail polish to add instant shine to your nails. That way, if you apply color, you don’t have to be as precise.
Hair
Don't have much time to dry your hair? After you get out of the shower, wrap your hair in a towel for five minutes. After removing the towel, do your makeup and get dressed. Then, dry your hair. It only will take half the time. This also will keep your hair healthier, as you are not subjecting it to as much heat as usual. Check out ideas for cute, quick hairdos:
- Do a messy bun. Simply bring all of your hair to the top of your head and fasten it with a hair tie. Next, use a few bobby pins that match your hair color. Pull out a few ends to make it messier, and then hairspray it.
- Poof it! Making a “poof” in the front of your hair is a great way to hide your bangs if you’re growing them out or if they are at an odd length. Simply separate your hair from temple to temple, tease it with a fine-toothed comb and then secure it with two bobby pins in the shape of an X.
- Try a sideways French braid. Part your hair on the side. French-braid across your forehead, and then secure with a hair tie. This part of your hair will look so cute that you can leave the rest of your hair messy.
Makeup
When you're in a hurry, save time by applying a tinted moisturizer all over your face. Then, use concealer that is one shade lighter than your skin shade on any redness and dark circles. Blend the concealer in so your skin tone is even.
When your skin is ready to go, quickly play up your eyes. Put your mascara wand at the base of your lashes and quickly zigzag upward until you get to the end of your lashes. This is a quick way to separate your lashes and give them unbeatable volume.
